Security at the banking application level

We have waived the login by username and password. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to use the whole office combination "admin / 123456". In MyAlarm each user has their account, linked to their personal phone number. When logging in, you have to enter the phone number and the SMS code.

Pin code protection

No need to enter the phone number and wait for the SMS every time you open the application - the application reminds you. If you do not have a pin code set on your phone, we strongly recommend that you assign a pin code for the MyAlarm app.

Input with Touch ID or Face ID

If your phone has a fingerprint reader (Touch ID) or facial recognition system (Face ID), you can enter the application by putting your finger on the scanner or use facial recognition technology.

Notifications

The MyAlarm interface has a special space for alarms and other notifications.

Alarm

If the system generates 10 motion sensor alarms, the user will see it on a single line.

If there are different types of notifications, the application will show it in more lines.

To cancel the alarm, you have to press the "Cancel" button at the top of the App.

Users and sites

In the settings, the client displays users and administrators with their phone numbers, with the possibility of calling directly from the app.

Settings

In the user settings one can check the photo, first and last name, phone number, access to MyAlarm, partitions and cameras.

In the site settings, the customer can see their name, partitions, individual settings for push notifications, settings for video cameras and home automation.

A Security Center operator can enable or disable the panic button for each client.

Always at hand

It is no longer required to physically stay close to the panic button. It is activated from the App on a smartphone.

Request for technical service

The customer can request technical service directly from the app. You can see the status of the application, scheduled date and, once served, you can leave your evaluation.

Service request

The customer does not need to call the technician. A monitoring center operator will not be distracted by calls and can handle requests better.

Application processing

Request Processing The request goes to the technical service manager, who can assign a technician for the task to be performed. MyAlarm will show the customer the date of service and the status.
